Plumber near me in St John’s Wood

So, you’re in St John’s Wood and you need a plumber? Staunch and Flow can help! We’re able to take on any work you require – and not just plumbing. We’re accredited to service and repair Aga and Rayburn stoves and have the ability to work on biomass boilers and any green/eco installations you could wish for.

In addition, our teams of builders, tilers, joiners, decorators and electricians work with our highly qualified plumbing and heating engineers on projects as small as boiler or shower replacement to complete home refurbishment. With our range of expertise, kitchen and bathroom makeovers are a particular speciality.

When you call us, we’ll give you a price straight away to come out and either do the work, if this is straightforward, or we’ll do what we can to alleviate any pressing issues and assess what needs to be done and what parts are required to complete the job – you’ll receive this further estimate within 24 hours, but usually much faster. If you’re happy for us to go ahead, the necessary work will be scheduled at your convenience. We pride ourselves on ensuring that, apart from the work done, your home is left as we found it.

Our aim is to ensure that you are satisfied – that, having explained our proposed course of action, we’ve done the necessary work to remove the problem completely, in a timely manner, at a fair price that was agreed in advance, be prompt and courteous in our dealings with you, have left your home as we found it – such that you’d use us again and recommend us to your friends.

All our terms and conditions can be found on this website, along with the various consumer-focused schemes that we belong to or professional organisations we are accredited by. We’re a small company that believes in the value of what we do and we’ll always strive to do our best. We put great store in the opinions of our customers. Our comprehensive guarantees are in place to ensure satisfaction whether the job is small or large.

My boiler gave its last gasp a week ago. It had to happen one day - when I bought the flat it was already out of date. Staunch and Flow were round the same day to inspect and diagnose: a new boiler was required. A couple of days later, it was up and running, installed and working beautifully thanks to Staunch and Flow engineer, Rob Griffin. Rob is a highly experienced, extremely efficient, very reliable technician (and a great guy, too!). Can't thank S&F and Rob enough for their good work. In London, with all the cowboys about, it is very comforting to know that at least one plumbing and heating company can be trusted completely.
